One number nobody in the room can judge. Then eight questions, in one fixed order, asked of two files from two industries. Both files flip their leader. The causes are different. The eight steps find both.
The day teaches one thing: a fixed order of eight questions that works on any table. Steps 1 and 2 are Data: how big is it, and what is missing or impossible. Steps 3 and 4 are Information: add it up, then add it up honestly, with the row count on the table. Steps 5 to 8 are Knowledge: three neighbors for one number, and the question the tool cannot answer, so what. The release is graduated. First the instructor types and you copy. Then you co-write each prompt. Then you drive alone on a finance ledger you have never opened, and the instructor only calls the step number. You leave with the eight steps on a card, two worked examples, and a comparison card in your own words.
One order of questions, two files, two industries.
Eight questions in one fixed order that works on any table. How big, what is missing, add it up, add it up honestly, then three neighbors and so what. Taught three times: copied, co-written, then driven alone.
Same question, three extra lines: how many rows are excluded, on what definition, and who changes rank between the two answers. Step 4 flipped Ahmadi in the work orders and Facilities in the ledger.
Beside the others, beside itself earlier, beside an outside mark, or beside nothing, said out loud. The tool will run any of them. It will not tell you which one to send.
A guide, not a script, timings flex to the room.
